Shipping & delivery
Every order is prepared, inspected and photographed before it begins its journey.
Quality approval
We inspect your pair and send quality-check photos when applicable. Dispatch begins after the order is approved.
Tracked delivery
Most orders arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link as soon as it is available.
Good to know
Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, severe weather and local carrier delays. Import duties or taxes, when charged by your destination, are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Packaging and delivery issues
Footwear is protected in a sturdy outer shipping carton. If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the carrier record and explain the available resolution.

How to request a return

- 2Wait for the return instructions and designated return address.
- 3Pack the item securely and use a tracked service.
- 4After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges and return postage are normally non-refundable. If we sent an incorrect or materially defective item, JDReplica will provide the appropriate remedy. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; payment-provider fees may be non-refundable where the provider does not return them.

Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order because of availability, payment review, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions. Payment must be authorised before preparation begins. Any approved cancellation is returned through the original payment route, subject to payment-provider rules.
Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, colours, sizing and availability. Screens and production batches can create reasonable variation. Review product information and quality-check materials carefully before approval.
Shipping, duties and risk
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide a complete, accurate address and monitor tracking. Import duties, taxes and local clearance requirements are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns and after-sales support
Returns and exchanges are governed by the policy above. Inspect the order promptly after delivery and report incorrect, missing or materially defective products with supporting photos.
