Shipping & delivery
Every order is prepared, checked and sent with tracking. Most deliveries arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Quality check
We inspect the pair before dispatch. If quality-control photos are offered for your order, dispatch follows approval.
Tracked delivery
A tracking link is sent when carrier information becomes available. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first movement.
Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs checks, weather, local holidays, carrier disruption or remote destinations.
Shipping charges, duties and taxes
Any shipping charge is shown before the order is placed. Import duties, taxes and local clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says they are included.
Address changes and failed delivery
Check the delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; an address cannot always be changed after preparation begins. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, delivery was refused or collection was missed.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, shows delivered when nothing arrived, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact customer care with your order number and photos where relevant. We will review the carrier record and explain the available resolution.
