These terms apply when you browse JDReplica, contact customer care or place an order.
Using the website
You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or fraudulent information, scrape protected content at scale, or introduce malicious code.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order may be declined or cancelled because of availability, payment review, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. A contract is formed only when the order is accepted.
Prices and payment
Prices and the transaction currency are shown before payment. We aim for accuracy but may correct genuine errors before accepting an order. Payment must be authorised before preparation begins. Bank, currency-conversion or destination charges may be applied by third parties.
Products, sizing and presentation
We aim to describe products, colours, sizing and availability accurately. Screen settings and production batches can create reasonable variation. Customers are responsible for selecting the intended product and size, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping, duties and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Provide a complete address and monitor tracking. Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, taxes and local clearance requirements are the recipient’s responsibility. The shipping policy forms part of these terms.
Returns and cancellations
The returns and refunds policy applies to return, exchange and cancellation requests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Independent retailer and intellectual property
JDReplica is an independent retailer and is not sponsored by, affiliated with or authorised by referenced brands. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. JDReplica branding, original photography, copy and site design may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
User content and reviews
If you voluntarily submit a review or other content for publication, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and yours to share. You permit us to display it for store and promotional purposes, while retaining any rights the law gives you.
Availability and liability
The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, JDReplica is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by misuse of the site or products.
